As the Linguist Magazine Press expands, there’s more of everything. More languages, more linguistics content, more writing content. The below timeline is a general idea of our trajectory and goals. Please do let us know your thoughts if you’d like to request a language or topic. And, of course, these are just additional content. Current language topics on the blog – Bengali, Modern Greek, Hindi, and Japanese – will expand.

As we kick the Linguist Magazine Press store into gear, we’d love to funnel some of those profits into a paid monthly creative writing contest for international and diasporic writers. However, we’d have to reach a monthly revenue of around $2,000 to make it economically viable—not only to pay the writers but also to justify taking time off work to edit and review (or pay a contest judge to do so).
